STAY PREPARED
FLYING INTO AUSTIN BERGSTROM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (AUS)
Our shuttles will pick up from the Arrivals Lower Deck near Pillars L/M between 9:00AM and 2:00PM on Monday, September 14. Our coordinators will be waiting for you outside of baggage claim between pillars L and M and can escort you to the shuttles. Look for coordinators holding signs with the Fifth Generation logo to easily spot them. Shuttles will depart approximately every 30 minutes and will take you directly to the Hyatt Regency Austin!

STAYING AT THE HOTEL
If you're staying at the hotel, self-parking is available for $35.00 per night + tax. Parking charges will be billed to your room as incidental charges.
NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL
If you’re not staying at the hotel but plan to drive to the event each day, complimentary self parking is available in the hotel garage with a parking voucher.
Be sure to stop by the NSM Concierge Desk before leaving each day to pick up your voucher and receive complimentary parking.
We’ll also provide Uber vouchers for Monday and Tuesday if you prefer to rideshare. More details will be emailed out a few days before the event.
WHAT TO WEAR
The Full Throttle Welcome Reception kicks off immediately after the Giveback Games, so come dressed for the whole evening.
Think Austin business casual. Jeans are welcome, a little personality is encouraged, and most importantly, wear something comfortable enough to compete, celebrate and keep the night going.
This year, you’ll receive a blue and white striped casual short-sleeved button down shirt at check in that we encourage you to wear for the evening. We’ll also have a few surprise ways to customize your shirt and make it your own, so stay tuned!

We’re making a conscious effort to reduce waste throughout the event. One way we're doing this is by eliminating paper agendas and reducing single use plastics where feasible. This is an ongoing effort, and meaningful change takes time, but every small step helps us move in the right direction.
Please be sure to download our event app before arriving in Austin and bring your reusable water bottle. Water stations will be available throughout the hotel.
